I think I found the answer.

Take 2 sticks of butter, and use 1/3 of each to get 2/3 cup as 2/3 cup is a bit less than 3/4 cup ( Read more... )

This time because I again miss measured the flour, and the cookies came out poorly. They run, into each other, and don't cook right, and are awfully oily, why? due to a lack of flour. I've been trying to measure by ounces, and in the end, I should have used grams instead of measuring by a measuring cup. Why the difference ( Read more... )

Today was a delightful day, spending the entire day at my oldest sister’s place for cookie baking with my two other sisters, and two nieces, Hanna whom is my oldest' daughter, and Erin, whom is my middle sister's daughter from her first marriage.
